Field Service Technician – Imaging Systems (Montreal, QC)

Location

Montreal, QC (travel to Sherbrooke, Abitibi and other sites in the region)

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service by meeting commitments and arrival times to address each client’s needs.
• Install, troubleshoot, repair and maintain imaging equipment (MRI, Image Guided Therapy, CT, X‑ray).
• Set up equipment, perform preventative maintenance (PM), Field Change Orders (FCO) and installation documentation.
• Diagnose and resolve electronic, network and mechanical problems.
• Complete all administrative duties within regulatory requirements: timesheets, service orders, expense reports, site documentation.
• Utilize escalation processes to resolve customer and system issues in a timely and effective manner.
• Travel approximately 70% of the time; average driving 1–4hrs per day, with occasional overnight stay...
