Attend to reported gas incidents and gas supply abnormalities such as gas fires, poor gas supply pressure, suspected gas leaks, etc.
Perform site investigations and rectification work, coordinating with relevant authorities (e.g. SPPG, SCDF, HDB, EMA) and other external agencies and submission of reports.
Respond to customer service requests including installing/ replacing/ troubleshooting gas appliances, servicing of gas stoves, conducting soundness tests on gas installations, etc.
Handle customers’ enquiries/ feedback and manage service recoveries.
Manage the collection, issuance and return of meter, prepare and process billing and submit monthly report.
