Overview:
The Network Operations Center (NOC) is part of the Network Infrastructure Unit (ITSNI), which falls under Information Technology Solutions (ITS). The NOC is primarily responsible for monitoring and performing st and nd level troubleshooting of the Local and global networks, logging, and tracking problems, while testing new link/network equipment for readiness.



Essential Job Functions:

• Monitor network infrastructure using various monitoring tools ( PRTG, SmokePing, etc..),

• Provide st and nd level network and communication link infrastructure support to the engineers, HQ IT, and Country Offices (CO)

• Perform st and nd level troubleshooting of the Bank's Local Area Network (LAN) and Global Communications networks, including all aspects of the network infrastructure (switches, routers, specialized servers), as well as communication links infrastructure (VSAT, MPLS, IPL, Internet, etc.)
