The Technician - Gastroenterology Lab provides support for physicians and registered nurses throughout endoscopy procedures by preparing, providing and caring for instruments and equipment, obtaining specimens, and maintaining a sterile field.
Demonstrates comprehensive knowledge of gastroenterology procedures and equipment.Performs all responsibilities/duties required as defined in the scope of service, to ensure that the unique nature of the client is addressed.Maintains current knowledge/certification/licensure. Pursues professional growth and development.Maintains supplies/inventory for department.Performs all responsibilities/duties required by the Gastroenterology Lab as defined in the scope of service to ensure that the unique nature of the client is addressed.Minimum Education
