• Provide on-site service-related activities at customer’s premises,
• Perform corrective maintenance work on Multi-Functional Printer (MFP).
• Perform on-site service repair/troubleshooting for both Hardware and Software on MFP.
• Update of all completed Service Jobs into CRM and clearing of Parts used in SAP system.

• GCE ‘N’, ‘O’ Level, Diploma Holder or equivalent.
• 2 to 5 years of product management experience in copier including troubleshooting of equipment.
