Key Responsibilities:
Mechanical Assembly:
. Assemble communication devices, enclosures, and chassis from engineering drawings, schematics, and work instructions.
. Perform precision mechanical tasks including mounting components, routing cables, and securing hardware.
. Utilize hand tools, power tools, and torque instruments correctly and safely.
Electrical Assembly:
. Install and wire electrical and electronic components such as PCBs, connectors, power supplies, and RF modules.
. Perform cable harnessing, soldering (through-hole and surface-mount), and crimping to established standards (e.g. IPC-A-610).
Testing& Troubleshooting:
. Conduct functional tests, power-on checks, and performance verification using multimeters, oscilloscopes, power supplies, and spectrum analyzers.
. Execute test procedures to validate system parameters like voltage, current, frequency, and RF power.
