The candidate must have of 4-5 years of technical writing experience
Knowledge of technical writing with at least two years usage of 2-3 tools (Microsoft Word, Adobe RoboHelp, Confluence Wiki, etc.)
Has the experience on variety of tools (ARIS, Process Manager, Org 62)
Has good US English language skills
Has the ability to interview SMEs independently and confidently
Has good understanding of FP&A ( a corporate function that drives strategic, data-driven decisions by budgeting, forecasting, and analyzing financial performance. It bridges finance, operations, and leadership to manage profitability, assess risks, and model future business scenarios)
Has knowledge of process improvements methodology such as Six Sigma, Kaizen, (DMAIC for existing processes) etc.
Willing to work onsite (Taguig)/Full RTO 5x a week
