The Operational Control Centre (OCC) Technical Trainer plays a critical role in the ongoing development and capability building of wastewater Controllers following their initial onboarding at Southern Water.
You will be responsible for delivering consistent, high-quality technical training and development aligned with individual career progression, while championing Southern Water’s core value of Always Improving.
This role is key to building a highly capable, confident, and consistent Operational Control Centre team. You will directly contribute to improving performance, developing talent, and driving Southern Water’s ambition to be an industry-leading centre of excellence.
