**About the Role**

Technical Trainer delivers training in his/her assigned region, works with the curriculum development team to improve and refine training program content as well as supports other divisional objectives as management assigns. Possess hardware technical expertise and provide training classes supporting internal and external customers.

**Your Impact**

Training Program Instruction: The Technical Trainer must be proficient in his/her specialty areas covering all management expected levels of training programs and must possess a strong working knowledge and ability to deliver training programs in his/her secondary area of specialization.
Training Program Effectiveness (Delivery): Works with the Sr. Systems & Technical Trainer during the evolution process to ensure that he/she is delivering training program content consistently meeting the standards of the department.
