Reporting to the Head of Professional Services, the Technical Team Lead is a senior, client‑facing role responsible for leading the team of technical consultants and subject‑matter experts focused on delivering predominantly Microsoft 365 solutions to our customers (particularly Microsoft Intune and Microsoft Entra ID).
The team works closely with the Pre‑sales function in the scoping and design of new services as well as the PMO in the delivery of technical transformations through to service transition into managed services. As a technical Team Lead you will need to be hands‑on, able to work effectively with the subject‑matter experts and ensure that the right solutions are designed and delivered to our customers.
