Male/Female; Must be a holder of a bachelor’s degree in Computer Science/ Information Systems/ Engineering/ Business or other relevant disciplines; With at least 2 years of technical support experience; With experience as System Administrator/ Network Engineer or IT Helpdesk is desirable; Must possess the following certifications: CCNA, MCP, MCSA; Has broad working knowledge of telecom and telemarketing practices and operations and demonstrates continued and consistent proficiency in most of skills set utilized within Ellick BPO Solutions, Inc.; Must have strong conversational English communication skills, both verbal and written.
