Position: Technical Support Representative
Location: Dubai, UAE
Our UK-based client is expanding their team in the UAE and is looking for a Technical Support Representative to join their growing operations.
As part of the role, you will handle first‑line support inquiries through inbound and outbound calls, respond to customer emails, and assist customers with product‑related concerns. You will also help create preventative customer contact guides to reduce recurring inquiries, while coordinating closely with different departments and management teams.
