Responsibilities

  • Provide day-to-day support 
  • Troubleshoot issues related to reservations, trip updates, dispatching, payments, cancellations, and customer notifications
  • Investigate reported issues and document findings clearly
  • Assist with updating system templates, messages, and basic settings
  • Test changes and verify that workflows are functioning correctly
  • Help monitor scheduled processes and report failures or irregular behavior
  • Support users with general system questions and operational errors
  • Maintain accurate notes on recurring issues and completed fixes
  • Escalate more advanced technical issues to senior team members when needed
  • Work with operations and support staff to improve day-to-day system reliability
