What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to various products and software
- Build and maintain subject matter expertise of all company products and solutions
- Assist customers through multiple communication channels
- Report bugs and trends to stakeholders for process improvement
- Provide first-class technical support to customers
-40% Cases, Emails, Chat - 60% Calls - Around 20 Calls a day
Qualifications
- 3+ years technical support experience in software, hardware, web-based solutions, or e-commerce platforms
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Proficient with Windows operating systems, mobile devices, and cloud-based solutions
- Strong analytical/troubleshooting skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office
