Schedule: Night Shift







Qualifications:







- High School Diploma or equivalent



- At least 1 year of experience in a Technical Support role within a contact center or BPO environment



- Experience supporting hardware and software troubleshooting



- Working knowledge of operating systems and standard troubleshooting procedures



- Familiar with CRM or ticketing platforms for logging and resolving issues



- Strong verbal and written communication skills



- Excellent customer service skills and ability to stay professional under pressure



- Willing to support clients via phone calls and emails
