Responsibilities



  • Respond to inbound technical support inquiries via phone, chat, or email.

  • Diagnose and troubleshoot hardware, software, network, or device-related issues.

  • Provide clear instructions and guidance to help customers resolve technical problems.

  • Escalate complex issues to higher-level support or engineering teams when necessary.

  • Document all customer interactions, issues, and resolutions accurately in the system.

  • Follow up with customers to ensure issues are fully resolved and satisfaction is achieved.

  • Stay up to date on product updates, features, and common technical issues.

  • Meet performance metrics such as resolution time, customer satisfaction, and call handling.
