Ensure availability, stability, and capacity of market data platforms supporting front-office and critical business services.
Manage vendor relationships for operational matters, including incident resolution, service performance, and change coordination.
Oversee incident, problem, and change management to minimize business impact and prevent recurrence.
Partner with Application, Infrastructure, and Business stakeholders on platform changes, onboarding, and strategic initiatives.
Maintain strong governance on data usage, entitlement controls, and regulatory and audit requirements.
