Acquire technical knowledge on product applications.
Diagnose, trouble shooting and resolve technical hardware and software problems.
Effectively answer, prioritize and escape customer issues
Work closely with Sales team on customer feedback
Provide onsite support and training
2 Job Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in software engineering, mechanical engineering, electrical engineering, or a similar field.
Knowledge of PLC programming is added advantage
1-2 years’ experience in engineering tasks is preferred but fresh graduates with strong vocational/hands on electrical knowledge are encouraged to apply.
Candidate must be a fast learner and can carry out instructions quickly in the study of equipment manufacturing and automation industry.
