Responsibilities:
Responsible for supporting the WAN/LAN infrastructures for several accounts
Provide life-cycle management, quality assurance, customer communications and technical troubleshooting support. Assigned to multiple complex accounts encompassing a wide range of technical feature sets.
Use provided network troubleshooting tools to perform basic probing/diagnosis to fix issues and route tickets to appropriate teams for further resolution
Coordinates with field support organizations to install/fix network issue
Required:
Basic Telecom, MS-Office, ATT Products, Networks Fundamentals, Network Design Level 1
Excellent written and verbal skills in English (CEFR B2 and above)
Desired:
Works on problems of extremely complex scope where analysis of situations or data requires in-depth evaluation covering all aspects of IP based networking
Should have knowledge of LAN protocols like STP, RSTP, DTP,...
