The ideal candidate will have a strong background in electric and electronic engineering and possess excellent problem-solving and have experience in a technical field.

 Provide technical support and assistance to customers via phone, email, and on-site visits.
 Troubleshoot and resolve complex hardware and software issues, ensuring customer satisfaction.
