Job Summary:

Join our dynamic technical support team to empower users across the globe by resolving their complex system issues. You will act as a customer advocate, dive deep into the  platform to troubleshoot unexpected behaviors, and collaborate with platform and software engineers for bug resolution. This role demands hands-on problem-solving across various technical domains, including LDAP/Active Directory, SSO, email systems, web services, data integration technologies, and network troubleshooting.
