            Responsibilities Provide post-sales break-fix, consulting, and technical troubleshooting to resolve customer issues. 
Deliver exceptional customer service regarding infrastructure design, deployment, testing, and optimization. 
Collaborate with Product and Engineering teams to drive issue resolution and product improvements. 
Replicate and reproduce customer issues in a lab environment prior to internal escalation. 
Develop and maintain core competency across the entire Nozomi Networks product line. 
Create and update knowledge base content to support solution positioning and customer success. 
Provide white-glove technical support for critical accounts and complex infrastructure environments. 
Requirements Proven experience in a customer-facing technical support or systems engineering role. 
Strong knowledge of network security, security protocols, and information security principles.
