As a Technical Support, you will ensure Baker Hughes Drilling Services has proper tracking, management and improvement of performance in performance-based contracts.
Responsibilities
Ensuring compliance with the Manage the Job Cycle (MtJC) process
Subject Matter Expert for his/her area of support
Support the field technically through different media (online, phone calls, and technical papers)
Share knowledge across the organization by submitting best practices, case histories, and lessons learned to the knowledge management database
Follow up on field failures that require technology involvement and ensure that the learning is shared across the field
Raise alerts across the Service Delivery organization whenever an unfamiliar technical issue arises on a job
Coaching the Wellsite field population
Communicate to Engineering and Technology organization on issues and lessons...
