            Technical Specialist – Bakery Location: Singapore  What You’ll Be Doing:  Conduct product development of customized enzyme-based bread improvers, bakery premixes and ingredients for industrial bakeries. 
Follow-up and delivery/presentation of results to clients and/or distributors. 
Proactively evaluating global portfolio products and adaptation for suitability in the Asia‑Pacific market. 
Perform constant market observation and research. 
Proactive approach to new concepts and solutions, especially in the baking industry. 
Provide on‑site technical support to customers, as well as distributors, if needed. 
Promotion and practical demonstration of the company's product ranges by means of baking trials and other suitable forms of evaluation. 
Provide technical presentations and training courses for customers and distributors, if needed.
