• Conduct demos, webinars, and supply information about products prior to sale.
• Support customers as they trial a product, ensuring they understand how to use the product to effectively meet their challenges.
• Stay abreast of our customers changing needs and any movements our competitors make, ensuring any changes are reported to sales management and our product teams.
• Actively monitor customer satisfaction levels and consistently work to improve outcomes and perceptions.
• Assist, facilitate, and support all product upgrades, new releases, and new products.
