            Responsibilities  Supervise the assigned shift and provide technical support to ensure smooth laundry operations. 
Serve as the primary contact for all equipment- and maintenance-related issues during the shift. 
Lead troubleshooting activities, corrective maintenance, and process improvement initiatives. 
Keep accurate records of shift handover and takeover activities in the technical logbook. 
Take part in bi-monthly reviews of continuous improvement projects and contribute recommendations. 
Apply the OLIVER troubleshooting methodology (Observe, List, Isolate, Verify, Execute, Rectify) when diagnosing and resolving equipment faults. 
Ensure adequate technical manpower is assigned to support daily operational requirements. 
Coordinate the technical team's daily activities, including preventive maintenance planning and execution.
