Responsibilities
Provide technical assistance on several aircraft systems of the Global Express 5500, 6500 and Challenger CL350/650.
Prepare technical presentations for topics related to responsibilities; in some cases present to Operators.
Review service bulletin and support on site proofing.
Support aircraft to external and internal customers troubleshooting assistance, travel on site as needed.
Recognize problems and propose corrective action for issues requiring technical solutions, considering financial impact for the customer and Bombardier.
