As a Technical Services Engineer, you will provide first‑class service and support for Ripple’s financial‑institution customers. You will work directly with clients and coordinate with Ripple engineering teams to troubleshoot, replicate, and resolve issues to the clients’ satisfaction. Your role involves analysing challenging technical problems, investigating root causes at product, data, or network levels, and keeping stakeholders informed throughout the process. You will own and drive customer issues to resolution, configure production support arrangements to reduce the risk of service interruption, and help build a reliable production experience for all users of Ripple technology.
