Our client, a leading provider of secure cloud services for SAP workloads, is hiring a Technical Service Manager (TSM) to own the post-sale technical relationship for large, strategic RISE with SAP customers.
This is a senior individual contributor role within the client's Cloud Delivery Management organization.
You will serve as the customer's trusted technical advisor across the entire RISE lifecycle.
You will orchestrate the client's delivery experts, own the customer's landscape strategy, and partner with the Client Delivery Manager (CDM) to deliver against the service plan.
