Responsibilities
Lead and Liaise the cross functional business and technical teams to provide timely resolution
Manager solution deployments and client relationships
Provide strategic advisory and account management services to the clients
Create and deliver presentations, trainings and webinars
Being the contact point for the client
Record client’s processes, procedures, customizations and configuration
Prepare the SLA and ensure the service provided is compliant to it
Identify sales leads where appropriate
Requirements
Degree holder of related discipline
At least 4 years related experience
Solid experience on Network / Security
Professional certificates holder is preferred. eg. CCNA, CCNP, ITI...
