This position reports to Sales Director and includes the following responsibilities:
Technical Service Contracts Coordinator
Key Responsibilities:
Manage renewals of maintenance and technical support contracts,
Prepare, draft, and finalize contracts in line with commercial agreements,
Create and follow up on quotations for preventive maintenance services, repairs, system expansions, and technical support,
Create, manage, and register quotations and related activities in the ERP system on behalf of the Sales Director,
