Job Title: Regional Sales Manager

Responsibilities - Identify and capitalize on sales opportunities.
- Develop and manage key customer accounts.
- Convert projects into orders.
- Collaborate with regional and headquarters teams to deliver technically and commercially competitive solutions.
- Focus on hands‑on sales execution, customer engagement, and pipeline development in Germany's power distribution, data center, renewable energy, and grid infrastructure sectors.
- Preference will be given to candidates with professional experience or collaboration background with leading international electrical and automation corporations, such as ABB, Siemens, and Schneider Electric.
