Responsible for current market needs and development of the assigned territories
Monitoring market trends and providing regular competitor feedback.
Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets by identifying and developing new accounts.
Must be able to perform baking demonstration and successfully convert targeted accounts.
Process purchase orders and monitor until released to customers.
Handle and resolve customer complaints, does troubleshooting and prepare necessary reports.
Manage account receivables including collections and credit evaluations.
Must be able to retain all current accounts in the handled area.
Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction to new and current accounts by having constant visits and maintaining open communications for their needs and requirements.
