Job Responsibilities

• Actively manage bidding on Upwork and similar freelance platforms.
• Identify high-potential client opportunities aligned with our service stack.
• Write tailored, high-quality proposals (not generic templates).
• Communicate effectively with prospects to understand project scope, tech needs, and business goals.
• Conduct initial discovery conversations to qualify leads and prepare project briefs for technical teams.
• Collaborate with Product Owners for accurate estimations and solution recommendations.
• Maintain proposal metrics, win-rate reports, and client communications in Zoho CRM.
