Provide technical consultation to customers by identifying their needs and recommending suitable solutions across various industries. 
Adapt effectively to customer requirements and a fast‑paced work environment. 
Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries. 
Proactively source and secure new customers while maintaining existing accounts. 
Conduct regular on‑site visits (approximately 3 days per week) to promote and sell products/services.
