Our client is a well-established UK manufacturer based in Great Barr, with over 100 years of expertise and a reputation for excellence in the engineering sector. With a £5m annual turnover, a loyal workforce, and customers across the globe, they are now looking to strengthen their team with a driven Technical Sales Engineer. Salary is between £35,000 to £45,000 depending on experience and benefits include 33 days holiday including Bank Holidays and free car parking. Hours of work are 9.00am - 5:30pm (Monday - Thursday) 9.00am - 4:30pm (Friday). This role is in the sales department.

Responsibilities

• Work closely with sales and technical teams as an active team member
• Handle customer enquiries via phone and email, providing technical and commercial solutions
• Prepare accurate quotations and follow up to secure orders
• Manage orders from enquiry through to completion, ensuring proactive communication on progress or delays
