Key Responsibilities
Own end-to-end US IT recruiting for multiple roles and skill sets (5–7 years of relevant experience expected).Source proactively using diverse, data-driven sourcing techniques (e.g., Boolean search, niche platforms, referrals, talent mapping).Qualify candidates through structured screening, assessing technical fit, communication, motivation, and role alignment.Lead candidate engagement: communicate clearly, build trust, and provide a high-touch candidate experience from first contact to offer.Drive offer processes: negotiate compensation expectations, manage closing, and support onboarding...
