Manage requisitions independently, from sourcing and screening to interviews, offers and pre-boarding. Collaborate with hiring managers and senior leaders to define role requirements, selection criteria, and candidate profiles. Craft job postings, communicate effectively, and represent the company to attract top talent. Assess candidates for technical competencies, role fit, and organizational alignment.
