This recruiter will support a high-volume, fast-paced hiring environment focused on specialized technical and engineering roles. The ideal candidate is comfortable managing multiple requisitions, sourcing niche technical talent, and partnering closely with leadership to meet aggressive hiring goals. Day-to-Day
• Manage a high volume of open requisitions (end-to-end)
• Source candidates via LinkedIn and other recruiting tools
• Screen applicants and conduct initial phone interviews
• Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers and leadership
• Extend and manage offers
• Work closely with a small team (Supervisor + Coordinator) for paperwork and administrative support
