Our Client is looking for an experienced Technical Recruiter with at least 2 years of LinkedIn recruiting and sourcing experience to join our growing team.
Responsibilities
- Source and recruit qualified candidates using LinkedIn Recruiter and Boolean Search.
- Conduct candidate outreach through LinkedIn, email, and phone calls.
- Screen and interview candidates to assess their skills and experience.
- Coordinate interviews between candidates and clients.
- Manage the recruitment process from sourcing to placement.
- Maintain candidate databases and recruitment trackers.
- Build strong talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs.
