Job Description :

• Source Applicants for open positions through headhunting, linkedin, jobstreet, indeed, facebook, social media, online channels, referals and personal networking.
• Prescreen sourced candidates to ensure they are eligible for interview.
• Tag applicants on the provided ATS
• Train applicant for interview and cordinate between applicant and hiring manager for interview scheduling
• Ensure applicant attendance and readinenss for the interview process
• Follow up with selected applicants for documentation and onboarding
