Overview of the Role
The Technical Recruiter (Officer level) will support day-to-day hiring for IT roles within the Managed Services Provider (MSP) environment. This role focuses on end-to-end recruitment, ensuring a smooth and efficient hiring process.
The ideal team member has hands‑on experience recruiting for technical roles and is comfortable working in a fast‑paced, high‑volume setting.
Major Responsibilities
Sourcing and Screening
- Create and implement sourcing initiatives to reach potential candidates
- Source candidates for Technical Roles (Service Desk, QA, Developers, Network/Infrasupport, etc.) using job boards like LinkedIn, Jobstreet, referrals, etc.
- Endorse qualified candidates to hiring managers promptly
- Network with potential hires through professional groups on social media and during hiring events
