Key Responsibilities
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing candidates to onboarding new hires
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and develop effective recruitment strategies
- Source candidates through various channels such as job boards, social media, and networking
- Conduct interviews and assessments to evaluate candidates' skills and fit for the organization
- Maintain and update candidate records in our Applicant Tracking System (ATS)
- Build and maintain relationships with candidates and internal stakeholders.
