Job Responsibilities

Manage end-to-end recruitment independently, from role intake and sourcing through to interview coordination, offer negotiation, and offer closure.

Proactively source and engage high-quality candidates using LinkedIn Recruiter and other relevant channels.

Conduct structured screening and interviews to assess technical capability, role fit, and organizational alignment.

Coordinate interviews end-to-end, including scheduling with candidates and interview panels where required.

Partner closely with hiring managers and senior stakeholders to clarify requirements. Calibrate profiles, and support sound hiring decisions.

Develop robust and market-informed offer proposals, incorporating compensation benchmarking and internal considerations.

Manage candidate communications throughout the recruitment process, ensuring a professional, timely, and candidate-centric experience.
