            About the job Technical Purchaser (Diving) Able to comprehend the machinery's part book (primary engine, generator, pump, gearbox). 
Capable of understanding and interpreting crew and mechanics requirements. 
Responsible for the whole procurement procedure, including issue PO & delivery arrangements, obtain quotations, and requisitions. 
Negotiate and create a friendly working relationship with the suppliers/vendors> 
Construct and maintain stock take and inventory control of materials/parts issued to vessels. 
Communicate with the operations team and crew about requisitions related matter. 
Confirm supplier/vendor invoices contrary to quotations & maintain track expenditure. 
Able to confirm received items with ordered items. 
Makes certain that supplies are delivered on schedule.
Answerable for precaution of records and follow-up of all purchased items.
