Scope:

  • Lead and manage end-to-end ServiceNow programs and projects across implementation, enhancement, and transformation initiatives.
  • Own project governance including scope, schedule, cost, quality, risk, and stakeholder management.
  • Basic understanding of ServiceNow platform capabilities and exposure to modules such as ITSM, CMDB and ITOM.
  • Drive delivery excellence and ensure alignment with business objectives and organizational strategy.
  • Manage cross-functional teams and ensure seamless coordination between business and technical stakeholders.
  • Establish structured project controls, reporting mechanisms, and performance tracking.

    • Technical Knowledge:

  • Working knowledge of project management concepts and life cycle
