In this role, you will be driving the delivery of multiple technical workstreams across NOC, SOC, ISTM, observability, and infrastructure, keeping complex programmes aligned and unblocked. Lead third‑party governance, resolve dependencies at pace, and oversee build‑test‑accept cycles for platforms like HaloPSA. You will bring strong infrastructure and operational capability experience to ensure every service is genuinely production‑ready.
