• Strong experience in Requirements Gathering & Analysis
• Expertise in Jira, Agile backlog management, and Epic/Feature writing
• Understanding of integration‑heavy enterprise systems
• Experience working with cross‑functional teams including Business, Architecture, and Engineering
• Strong knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies
• Ability to define Acceptance Criteria, Scope, Assumptions, and Dependencies
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
