Role Summary

Responsible for shaping incoming business and program demands into clear, well‑defined, delivery‑ready work. This role ensures requirements are properly scoped, structured, and understood before they enter engineering execution. It does not own product vision or roadmap decisions, nor does it perform solution design.

Technical Skills

• Strong experience in Requirements Gathering & Analysis
• Expertise in Jira, Agile Backlog Management, and Epic/Feature Writing
• Understanding of integration‑heavy enterprise systems
• Experience working with cross‑functional teams including business, architecture, and engineering
• Strong knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies
• Ability to define Acceptance Criteria, Scope, Assumptions, and Dependencies
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
