Lead the development of a known well drilling project from conceptualization to approval.
Organize and manage a multi‑disciplinary project development team to bring the project to execution readiness.
Provide overall management until post‑drilling well cut‑in.
Support well drilling execution.
Propose well targets, prepare well design options and geological prognoses.
Collaborate with relevant groups to accomplish a commercially viable well with an optimum drilling program based on sound geological assessments using available geoscientific information.
Ensure readiness of all civil works‑related activities prior to pad acceptance.
